Job Duties
- keep service drive clear and park vehicles
- hang keys in assigned area
- clean service drive as needed
- pick up vehicles from customers
- return vehicles after service is complete
- provide excellent, professional customer service
- record all pickups, deliveries, and mileage
- ensure vehicle safety and report issues
- work with service team to manage schedule
- uphold company commitment to quality
