Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required for most PD roles, but may be preferred for larger vehicles)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 100 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Previous delivery or route driving experience preferred
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Overtime may be required
Job Qualifications
- Experience in the tire, automotive, or logistics industry
- Familiarity with basic inventory handling procedures
- Customer service experience or client-facing delivery background
Job Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles (light, medium, or heavy-duty trucks, depending on license) to perform daily pickup and delivery routes
- Load and unload tires, wheels, and parts - some up to 100 lbs. - using proper safety techniques and equipment
- Deliver products to customer locations in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
- Verify delivery contents and obtain proper signatures and documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and daily driver logs as required by DOT regulations
- Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and cycle counts as needed
- Support service technicians by transporting tires to/from service calls or jobsites
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and DOT regulations
