The Pickleball Team Member plays a vital role within Life Time's Pickleball Department, supporting the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves scheduling court time, educating members about various pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to build strong member relationships and encourage return visits. Team members greet and assist members with friendliness and professionalism, helping them understand the diverse offerings and assisting with their personalized needs.
This position requires maintaining the cleanliness and organization of pickleball facilities and equipment while promoting all Life Time programs, products, and services. The Pickleball Team Member is also responsible for accurate billing processes and cash register reconciliation at the end of each shift, ensuring operational efficiency. Ideal candidates should be proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of building rapport with members to foster a positive, inclusive environment that aligns with Life Time’s mission of enhancing health and wellness. - 1 year of customer service experience

Job Duties
- Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
- Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
- Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
- Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
- Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
- Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
