The Pickleball Team Member plays a vital role within Life Time's Pickleball Department, supporting the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves scheduling court time, educating members about various pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to build strong member relationships and encourage return visits. Team members greet and assist members with friendliness and professionalism, helping them understand the diverse offerings and assisting with their personalized needs.

This position requires maintaining the cleanliness and organization of pickleball facilities and equipment while promoting all Life Time programs, products, and services. The Pickleball Team Member is also responsible for accurate billing processes and cash register reconciliation at the end of each shift, ensuring operational efficiency.
