Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license for the vehicle type required
  • Must meet commercial driver qualifications
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • No relocation assistance offered
  • Ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy items
  • Ability to follow safety rules and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous delivery driving experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and other tire products between Goodyear locations, customers, and dealers
  • Maintain and build customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and mounted wheel assemblies while following safety procedures
  • Complete delivery documentation accurately and timely
  • Provide excellent service to meet location and customer service goals
  • Keep equipment and maintenance records, such as DOT logs, up to date
  • Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods as required
