Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle required
- Commercial driver qualification requirements must be met
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- No relocation offered
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous delivery driving experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
- Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment
- Self-starter with initiative, capable of working without direct supervision
- Willingness to attend appropriate training sessions
Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and related products between Goodyear service centers, customers, and dealers
- Maintain customer relationships including building and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and mounted wheel assemblies while following all safety rules and procedures
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and timely
- Provide service excellence to meet the goals of the location and customers
- Keep all equipment and maintenance records up to date, including DOT logs
- Perform manual tasks such as lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods as required
