Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle required
  • Commercial driver qualification requirements must be met
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • No relocation offered
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous delivery driving experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment
  • Self-starter with initiative, capable of working without direct supervision
  • Willingness to attend appropriate training sessions

Job Duties

  • Pick up and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and related products between Goodyear service centers, customers, and dealers
  • Maintain customer relationships including building and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, casings, wheels, and mounted wheel assemblies while following all safety rules and procedures
  • Complete delivery documentation accurately and timely
  • Provide service excellence to meet the goals of the location and customers
  • Keep all equipment and maintenance records up to date, including DOT logs
  • Perform manual tasks such as lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods as required
