Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to motivate and lead team members
Job Duties
- Lead and manage shifts while acting as manager in charge of the store
- Deploy team members as required to meet business demands and make necessary staffing decisions
- Communicate clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations
- Work the line and perform all tasks related to Jimmy John’s operational standards
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered on every shift
- Follow all food safety, cash handling and operations procedures and policies
- Ensure proper financial accountability during each shift
- Delegate routine and important tasks and decisions effectively
- Create an environment in which team members are motivated to do their best
