This package is designed to support the well-being and satisfaction of employees, fostering a dedicated and motivated team.

The role available at CMC Hotels is a Front Office Supervisor position, integral to the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk and guest services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing front office activities in accordance with hotel management directives, ensuring excellence in customer service and adherence to company policies. This position demands hands-on involvement with front desk operations, including managing shifts, training, coaching, and guiding the front desk team. The supervisor acts as a vital link between hotel management and front office associates, ensuring that all guidelines, brand standards, and operational goals are met with consistency and professionalism.

Responsibilities of this role include providing efficient check-in and check-out services, maintaining thorough knowledge of hotel properties and in-house events, and ensuring that guests receive accurate information about hotel policies and amenities. The Front Office Supervisor also plays a key role in staff scheduling, managing budgeted hours and overtime through manpower reporting, and enforcing the company’s dress code and uniform standards. Effective communication with previous shifts and hotel managers is essential to stay updated on daily hotel activities.

This position requires an individual with strong leadership skills who can inspire and cultivate a team environment that exceeds service standards. The supervisor will resolve any front desk issues, implement brand quality standards daily, and maintain security for guests, employees, and hotel assets. Familiarity with all three front desk shifts, including night audit procedures, is necessary, as the role may require working any shift from early morning to midnight, including weekends.

Overall, the Front Office Supervisor at CMC Hotels will be a role model who exemplifies a positive work ethic, dedication to customer service, and commitment to the company’s growth philosophy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hotel experience looking to advance their career in a supportive environment that values and rewards hard work, professionalism, and continuous learning.
