The Front Office Supervisor role at CMC Hotels is a vital position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s front desk. Job Duties

  • Supervise front office operations as directed by hotel management
  • work front desk shifts assisting, training, coaching, and guiding the front desk team
  • ensure associates follow CMC and Marriott policies and guest satisfaction standards
  • report directly to the Assistant General Manager
  • interface with previous shifts and managers to stay updated on hotel activities
  • provide expedient check-in and check-out service
  • be knowledgeable of hotel property and in-house events
  • provide guests with information about hotel policies, amenities, and services
  • assist in reaching monthly brand standard goals regarding customer service, employee training, and brand recognition
  • schedule front desk associates managing hours within budget and controlling overtime
  • supervise daily shift processes ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
  • verify that all front office associates comply with uniform and dress code policies
  • train, direct, resolve issues, and coach the front desk team to ensure quality operations
  • demonstrate positive leadership and inspire team members to exceed standards
  • supervise efficient front desk operations including night audit shift
  • serve as a role model by sharing expertise and inspiring the front office team
  • ensure daily completion of all brand quality standards and requirements
  • ensure security for the hotel’s customers, employees, and property assets
  • execute other tasks deemed necessary by hotel management for successful property operation
