An established health system in Savannah, Georgia, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to serve as the Medical Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery. This position is a full-time, employed leadership opportunity within a well-established cardiovascular service line that boasts a strong referral network and advanced surgical capabilities.   • Perform a full spectrum of cardiothoracic surgical procedures
  • lead program development, quality initiatives, and service line growth
  • collaborate with cardiology, vascular surgery, anesthesia, and critical care teams
  • participate in call rotation
  • provide strategic direction for the cardiothoracic surgery program
  • drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • mentor and support physicians, APPs, and surgical staff
