Additionally, the recruiter is responsible for attending nationwide specialty-specific conferences to cultivate valuable physician leads, demonstrating the organization's proactive approach to talent acquisition.
With a commitment to maintaining competitive compensation packages, the Physician Recruiter will collaborate with the compensation team to negotiate letters of intent and employment agreements. The role includes organizing candidate itineraries, supporting interviews, and assisting providers through credentialing processes when necessary. The recruiter is expected to meet quarterly recruitment targets, meticulously document recruitment activities, and provide regular updates using established dashboard reports. Proficiency in using job boards such as Practice Match, Practice Link, and CareerMD is crucial for daily sourcing activities. This role operates under a Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM work schedule, providing stability for recruitment operations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with INFOR a plus
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage full recruitment life cycle
- Partner with hospital leadership, human resources, marketing, operations, compliance and others to streamline implementation and process improvement
- Facilitate sourcing, placement and onboarding of providers within assigned specialties
- Organize itineraries and attend interviews as needed
- Work with compensation team to ensure competitive salaries and negotiate employment agreements
- Attend nationwide specialty-specific conferences to gather physician leads
- Achieve quarterly recruitment targets and maintain activity logs
