This role is for a mission-driven Physician who will play a crucial part in elevating the quality of care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. The Physician will serve as a trusted provider, delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and person-centered care to residents. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive history and physical exams on new patients, performing routine rounding at least weekly, and partnering closely with Advanced Practice Providers to manage complex patient cases with regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. The Physician will also mentor and oversee APP performance, driving quality improvements and closing care gaps to enhance patient outcomes consistently.
