The role of Physician at Curana Health presents a unique and impactful opportunity for those passionate about improving senior healthcare. As a Physician, you will serve as a trusted provider for residents within skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities, delivering compassionate and person-centered medical care. This position involves conducting detailed history and physical examinations on new patients, performing routine medical rounds at least once a week, and working collaboratively with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage complex patient visits and regulatory requirements. A critical component of this role is mentoring and overseeing APPs to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery across your team. You will also be responsible for identifying and closing quality gaps that drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
