This opportunity is for an Urgent Care Physician Moonlighter based in Patterson, California, at Golden Valley Health Center, a well-established network of centers across multiple locations including Ceres, Manteca, Merced, Modesto, and Turlock. The Patterson facility is a 5-room urgent care center operating from 8am to 9pm and equipped with advanced resources such as Epic EMR and on-site rapid diagnostic testing (strep, COVID, pregnancy, glucose, hemoglobin, and EKG). Notably, the center holds Gold ACE status from the National Association of Community Health Centers, recognizing its excellence in advocacy and organizational commitment.

The role is designed for physicians currently in their 3rd or 4th year of residency programs, especially those interested in working in academic settings alongside residents. Possessing or obtaining a California state medical license adds to eligibility. Compensation is attractive, with an estimated annual base ranging from $275,000 to $900,000 depending on specialty, clinical volume, and experience. Full-time physicians post-residency can qualify for up to a $100,000 sign-on bonus.
