Job Description

Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership that stands out in the healthcare industry by placing clinicians at the forefront of leadership and decision-making. With a comprehensive network of 890 practices nationwide, Vituity serves over 14.5 million patients annually and prides itself on fostering a culture where physicians are equitable partners from day one. This physician-led model ensures transparency in finances, autonomy in practice, and a balanced approach to healthcare delivery that meets both local and national demands. Vituity's corporate structure is designed to support clinicians with cutting-edge resources, professional development opportunities, and a work environment that prioritizes collaboration and mutual respect among its 6,000 clinicians. The organization believes in a shared purpose that transcends individual accomplishments, creating a "culture of brilliance" where teamwork and collective success are valued above all.

Located in West Covina, California, a vibrant city in the San Gabriel Valley, Vituity offers an exciting opportunity for Interventional Radiology Physicians. West Covina balances suburban living with proximity to popular Southern California attractions, including the San Gabriel Mountains and coastal beaches of Orange County. This community offers a rich lifestyle, including quality schools, parks like Galster Wilderness Park, community events, and a warm climate conducive to outdoor activities year-round. Physicians practicing here will enjoy a welcoming environment with a strong sense of community support.

The role of Interventional Radiology Physician at Vituity is a unique chance to join a physician-led partnership that empowers you with autonomy in your clinical practice while offering robust national support. Candidates should be board eligible or certified in Interventional Radiology with completed fellowship training and possess or be eligible for a California state medical license. The position offers a daytime schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., focusing on a broad range of interventional and image-guided procedures that are central to patient care. Physicians in this role will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to diagnose and treat complex conditions using innovative technologies such as modern PACS and voice recognition systems.

Compensation is production-based with uncapped earning potential, augmented by highly competitive call pay, making this not only a rewarding clinical opportunity but also a financially attractive one. The work environment embraces a culture where local decision-making is respected, and physician retention is a priority with no external investors or long-term debt complicating the practice dynamics. Additionally, physicians benefit equally from profit distributions, reinforcing a true partnership model that aligns incentives with performance and patient outcomes.

Vituity physicians are supported by extensive health and wellness benefits, including superior health insurance options, dental, vision, health savings accounts, life and AD&D insurance, along with a powerful 401K plan that offers tax advantages and accelerates retirement savings. Additional perks include employee assistance programs, travel assistance, student loan refinancing discounts, and a culture driven by purposeful care aimed at improving the wellbeing of patients, employees, and local communities. Vituity is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring equal opportunity regardless of race, gender, orientation, or disability, contributing to a positive and supportive professional environment.

Joining Vituity means becoming part of a unified healthcare team dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery while elevating your career in a setting that values your expertise, fosters your growth, and recognizes your contributions.
