Job Description
Enterprise Medical is collaborating with a membership-based primary care group to recruit Internal Medicine physicians for its esteemed clinic located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Scottsdale, renowned for its beautiful desert landscapes and upscale living, is a thriving city within the Phoenix metropolitan area, offering an exemplary quality of life. Enterprise Medical, known for its dedication to innovative and patient-centered healthcare solutions, provides a supportive and collaborative work environment for healthcare professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact in patient care. This partnership aims to bring skilled physicians into a practice model emphasizing personalized, comprehensive primary care that meets the diverse needs of the patient community.
The Internal Medicine physician role in Scottsdale features a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or call duties, creating a favorable work-life balance that is highly valued by medical professionals. Physicians will care for patients aged 14 to 65, managing a diverse patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and preventive health visits. The position offers a combination of traditional in-office care alongside occasional telehealth services, reflecting modern, flexible care delivery that prioritizes accessibility and convenience for patients. The focus is not on high patient volume but on quality and enhancing the patient experience, allowing physicians to provide thorough, personalized care without the pressures of excessive caseloads.
In addition to a competitive above market salary, physicians are offered a robust benefits package that begins on day one, underscoring the organization’s commitment to supporting their health and financial well-being. Unique perks include a paid sabbatical after five and ten years of service, an uncommon benefit that recognizes and rewards long-term dedication and fosters professional renewal. Scottsdale’s attractive lifestyle combined with this advantageous employment opportunity makes it an excellent choice for Internal Medicine physicians who want a balanced career in a dynamic and welcoming community.
