The Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) based in Leominster, Massachusetts, is a highly respected and mission-driven healthcare program dedicated to providing comprehensive care to elderly patients. Job Requirements

  • Valid medical license to practice in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain one
  • Completion of residency training in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics
  • J1/H1b visa support available for qualified candidates
  • Ability to commit to a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule
  • Willingness to uphold the values of the PACE program
  • Ability to provide care with a focus on quality over quantity
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Job Qualifications

  • Medical degree in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics
  • Board certification or eligibility in the relevant specialty
  • Experience or strong interest in geriatric medicine and care for frail elderly populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
  • High emotional intelligence and commitment to compassionate patient care

Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to elderly patients including site visits, home visits, and nursing home visits
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members such as nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, therapists, and dietitians
  • Manage patient care plans with a focus on enabling elderly patients to remain independent in their communities
  • Participate in a light, shared call schedule primarily consisting of phone consultations
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
  • Engage in regular administrative duties during dedicated admin day with no patient care
  • Follow the PACE program values of compassion, collaboration, excellence, respect, and integrity in all patient interactions
