Job Description

Join a thriving, physician-owned dermatology group based in suburban Connecticut. This practice is recognized for its commitment to clinical excellence and a physician-focused culture, prioritizing long-term growth and independence. Unlike many practices today, this group has no plans to sell to Private Equity, reflecting its dedication to maintaining autonomy and sustaining a collaborative environment where providers can grow professionally and personally. The practice is expanding its team and currently has multiple full-time Dermatologist opportunities available for both graduating residents and experienced dermatologists who are eager to build a lasting career in a supportive and growth-oriented setting.

The role offers a balanced and flexible schedule, typically involving a minimum of four full clinic days per week with 8-hour clinic sessions. Clinicians can expect a steady patient volume averaging six patients per hour in general dermatology, along with surgical dermatology procedures scheduled approximately every 30 to 45 minutes, fostering a productive yet manageable workload. The primary focus areas encompass general and surgical dermatology, although there is openness to combining roles that include Mohs surgery or dermatopathology, providing a diverse and comprehensive clinical experience.

Clinicians joining this team will benefit from starting compensation at 40 percent of collections, with earning potential increasing to 45 percent within three to five years. For selected candidates, a partnership track is available within this timeframe, enabling physicians to become stakeholders and active leaders in the practice. Additional immediate benefits include a sign-on bonus up to $25,000, four weeks of combined vacation, sick leave, and CME time, and a $2,500 annual CME allowance plus five additional days off for professional development. The practice also provides a 401(k) plan with company contributions available after six months of employment.

Clinicians will have access to comprehensive health coverage and unique perks such as a new dermatoscope for clinical use and two sets of scrubs and white coats provided annually. These perks emphasize the practice's commitment to supporting clinicians with the necessary tools to deliver high-quality care. The group operates across multiple growing suburban markets in Connecticut, offering potential candidates flexibility in location and work environments within the region.

This position offers a flexible start date to accommodate credentialing timelines and is positioned as an excellent opportunity for dermatologists at various career stages who seek a stable, rewarding practice environment with the possibility of partnership and professional growth. Interested applicants are encouraged to contact Charles Rodriguez, President and CEO of Emergency Solutions, LLC, for further details and application procedures.
