The role offers a balanced and flexible schedule, typically involving a minimum of four full clinic days per week with 8-hour clinic sessions. Clinicians can expect a steady patient volume averaging six patients per hour in general dermatology, along with surgical dermatology procedures scheduled approximately every 30 to 45 minutes, fostering a productive yet manageable workload. The primary focus areas encompass general and surgical dermatology, although there is openness to combining roles that include Mohs surgery or dermatopathology, providing a diverse and comprehensive clinical experience.

Clinicians joining this team will benefit from starting compensation at 40 percent of collections, with earning potential increasing to 45 percent within three to five years. For selected candidates, a partnership track is available within this timeframe, enabling physicians to become stakeholders and active leaders in the practice. Additional immediate benefits include a sign-on bonus up to $25,000, four weeks of combined vacation, sick leave, and CME time, and a $2,500 annual CME allowance plus five additional days off for professional development.
