Job Description
Two Trees Physical Therapy is a community-focused outpatient physical therapy clinic dedicated to providing top-tier rehabilitative care to patients. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Ventura and the Ventura Pier, the Santa Paula clinic is part of a larger network that values a supportive work environment and patient-centered treatment. Two Trees Physical Therapy prides itself on fostering a culture where physical therapists are empowered to practice the way they were trained—with clinical autonomy, time, and trust. The clinic emphasizes evidence-based treatments tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring individualized care and achieving real outcomes. The team-oriented environment encourages collaboration over competition, making it an ideal workplace for clinicians who want to feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their careers. Continuing education is a key component of the company’s philosophy, providing $2,000 annually for professional development and monthly hands-on mentorship to advance clinical skills and knowledge.
The Physical Therapist role at Two Trees Physical Therapy offers an exceptional opportunity to join a thriving clinic that prioritizes both clinical excellence and clinician well-being. Specialists will treat diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical cases, helping patients return to activities essential to their quality of life. The role is designed for individuals who value delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and want a long-term career path rather than a temporary position. The salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience, and there are loyalty bonuses available up to $20,000, including a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000. Benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, a 401(k) plan with company match, and opportunities for advancement further enhance the appeal of this position. Two Trees Physical Therapy provides a home for clinicians who seek both professional growth and a fulfilling work-life balance, backed by a compassionate and collaborative team environment. This is the place where your clinical expertise will be respected, your growth supported, and your voice heard.
