Job Description

BRIOworks is a pioneering company that specializes in delivering proactive physical therapy and health performance solutions by partnering with various businesses. Unlike traditional insurance-based care, BRIOworks emphasizes prevention, movement optimization, and long-term health results. The company’s approach focuses on providing concierge-style physical therapy services that cater to employee wellness and musculoskeletal health in corporate and manufacturing environments. Its mission revolves around helping people move better, live stronger, and perform at their highest level. With a culture rooted in clinical excellence, professional growth, and collaboration, BRIOworks empowers its Physical Therapists to practice autonomously while making meaningful impacts on the lives of their patients. The company supports its team with a dynamic work environment that balances virtual consultations with periodic onsite visits, enabling therapists to foster strong relationships and deliver tailored interventions.

The role of a Physical Therapist at BRIOworks is a unique and engaging opportunity for a licensed PT seeking a break from traditional direct patient care. This full-time salaried position, paying between $80,000 and $90,000 annually with additional performance-based bonuses, involves serving as a concierge consultant for employees at approximately 20 manufacturing client locations. The therapist will conduct virtual physical therapy evaluations and quarterly onsite visits focused on early intervention, triage, and first-aid-level assessments. The role prioritizes identifying musculoskeletal issues early, providing guidance, and determining when referrals for medical care or formal physical therapy are necessary. It requires traveling about 25% to 33% of the time, primarily visiting one client site per day during business hours. This opportunity appeals to PTs who enjoy autonomy, variety, and the chance to build trusted relationships with a diverse employee population ranging across different job roles and backgrounds.

In this position, the Physical Therapist supports employees typically through a text-based initial contact followed by structured consults delivered virtually and onsite. The on-site visits focus largely on building rapport and offering informal consultations. Candidates should be skilled in clinical judgment, capable of recognizing red and yellow flags for urgent conditions, and comfortable engaging with staff and leadership alike. Experience in outpatient orthopedics or occupational health is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience. Additional qualifications such as OCS certification or Spanish language skills are considered advantageous. The work schedule varies based on client needs within a daytime window from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a typical travel day running from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Travel is reimbursed, and certification support is encouraged to aid career development. Overall, this role offers a balanced mix of clinical excellence, relationship building, and professional growth within an innovative company dedicated to improving workplace health and performance.
