The organization is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join its team. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive pay range of $40.95 to $60.91 per hour, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus incentive. The Physical Therapist's core responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations, and applying therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities aimed at enhancing mobility and physical function. Educating patients and their families on safety, exercises, and lifestyle modifications is also a significant component of the role, helping to promote long-term recovery and prevent re-injury.
