Job Description

Kidsource Therapy is a well-established pediatric therapy provider dedicated to supporting children and their families through a range of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and sensory challenges. Operating as a therapist-led organization with over 165 professional team members, Kidsource Therapy provides occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language therapy, and developmental services. Their approach is family-centered and collaborative, focusing greatly on caregiver education and developing skills that can be easily integrated into everyday life for children. Kidsource Therapy offers services in various environments including clinics, schools, daycares, and community-based settings, demonstrating a comprehensive and flexible model of care that adjusts to the unique needs of each child and family they serve.

The company is currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join their Little Rock clinic team in Arkansas. This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about working with children and families, who thrive in a collaborative environment, and who appreciate a supportive, therapist-led workplace. The role involves delivering pediatric physical therapy services to children in a variety of settings including clinic, school, daycare, and community-based venues. New hires can expect a full caseload following onboarding, with a work schedule designed to include dedicated time for documentation, treatment planning, and travel between client locations. This balance aims to reduce administrative burden and optimize patient care time.

The job offers a competitive hourly pay range of $48.00 to $70.00, reflecting the importance of experience and qualifications. Kidsource Therapy supports professional growth with mentorship opportunities provided by Lead Physical Therapists for new graduates, while offering autonomy and teamwork for experienced clinicians. Therapists can also benefit from flexible scheduling options with strong administrative support, enabling a healthy work-life balance. The position is on-site at the Little Rock location, requiring in-person attendance.

Kidsource Therapy is committed to professional development and employee well-being, offering paid license fees, mileage reimbursement, built-in documentation/planning time, mentorship, and easy-to-use electronic health records. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans; paid continuing education units (CEUs); opportunities for advancement; generous paid time off; and bonus and incentive programs. The organization also fosters an inclusive and equitable workplace, providing equal employment opportunities without discrimination.

Candidates for this position must hold a degree from an accredited physical therapy program and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Arkansas. A bachelor's degree is required, and relevant experience or added specialization in pediatrics is advantageous. The role demands someone who values teamwork, communication, and a family-centered approach to pediatric therapy that supports both the child and their caregivers. This opportunity represents a meaningful pathway to making a difference in children’s lives while advancing one’s career in a supportive and dynamic company environment.
