Job Description
Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy, a respected member of Therapy Partners Group, has been a premier provider of outpatient orthopedic therapy services in Bakersfield and the neighboring communities for over two decades. Established with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, this outpatient physical therapy clinic specializes in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function through tailored rehabilitation programs. Therapy Partners Group is known for fostering a collaborative work environment and providing opportunities for professional growth, making it an attractive workplace for both new and experienced physical therapists.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent salary ranging from $105,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience, with an exceptional limited-time offer available for new graduate physical therapists. New grads may be eligible for up to $30,000 in student loan repayment through Clasp, which equates to approximately $830 per month paid directly toward student loans, offering significant financial support as you begin your career. This comprehensive compensation package reflects our commitment to valuing and investing in our therapists.
As an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Pair & Marotta, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services in an outpatient setting. This includes conducting thorough patient evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, implementing therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities, as well as educating patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care measures. Documentation is a crucial part of this role, and you will utilize the Raintree system to maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
We're looking for compassionate professionals who are committed to helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life. This role encourages continuous professional development, offering opportunities to stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and growth initiatives. Whether you are a seasoned physical therapist or a new graduate aiming to launch your career with a leading practice, Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy provides a supportive environment, advanced clinical pathways, and a New Grad Success Program designed to help you thrive.
