The Physical Therapist role at Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center presents an opportunity to join a dynamic Inpatient Rehabilitation Department that plays a crucial role in patient recovery and outcome improvement. This department offers a spectrum of therapeutic services critical for enhancing patient mobility, functionality, and overall quality of life. The position entails working a 40-hour week in a day-shift pattern, with four 10-hour shifts typically on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday. This full-time role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and offers a weekend shift differential pay incentive to reward those who serve during weekend hours.

As a Physical Therapist within Banner Health, you will be responsible for the thorough evaluation, planning, administration, and supervision of physical therapy treatments aligned with physician referrals and regulatory standards.
