Job Requirements

Graduated from an APTA accredited school of physical therapy or equivalent
current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice
BLS certification
ability to demonstrate clinical competency and experience
proficient with common computer software for patient care
must possess Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card if working at Banner Home Care/Hospice or Boswell Skilled Nursing Facility
willingness to work day shifts including weekend hours with a weekend shift differential
