Job Description
Concierge Physical Therapy (CPT) is a dynamic, DPT-owned, family-operated outpatient physical therapy organization based in Massachusetts. Known for delivering exceptional patient care, CPT emphasizes an environment where clinicians not only provide top-tier therapy but also grow, lead, and thrive over the long term. The company is strategically expanding, with current locations in Hopkinton, Northborough, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Sutton, and future sites planned for Holden and Natick by 2026. CPT’s mission centers on providing high-quality, relationship-driven care within a supportive, growth-oriented culture that prioritizes mentorship, clinical standards, and employee satisfaction. Their vision is ambitious yet clear: to establish 10 clinics in 10 years while nurturing future leaders from within the organization.
This full-time Physical Therapist role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, supplemented by various bonus opportunities, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate. New graduates are enthusiastically encouraged to apply, reflecting CPT’s commitment to developing emerging talent alongside experienced clinicians. The position is designed for therapists seeking a premium outpatient environment characterized by meaningful, one-on-one patient care and a culture of genuine support among team members.
At CPT, you will experience a clinical setting unlike traditional outpatient physical therapy models. The organization promotes a high-performance, supported environment that integrates rehabilitation, wellness, recovery, and performance. Their clinical teams are bolstered by dedicated front desk personnel, highly engaged physical therapy aides pursuing related careers, and a robust framework of structured mentorship and leadership development programs. Protected education time and collaborative clinical environments further enhance the clinician experience, ensuring professionals are supported, challenged, developed, trusted, and given ample opportunity to grow professionally.
The role includes comprehensive clinical care responsibilities, such as conducting one-on-one 60-minute evaluations without the pressure of double-booking or shortened sessions. Therapists at CPT focus heavily on manual therapy, movement quality, and patient experience, ensuring care is comprehensive and personalized. Flexibility is integral to the position, with scheduling collaboratively designed to promote work-life balance while sustaining clinical performance.
A formal mentorship program supports new graduates and developing clinicians with weekly in-person mentoring, clinical development guidance, documentation support, leadership exposure, formal onboarding pathways, and dedicated development time. Leadership development is prioritized across the organization, with access to proprietary programs, career growth pathways, clinic director tracks, committee involvement, mentorship opportunities, and operational and business exposure.
CPT invests heavily in unlimited continuing education, offering CEU reimbursement without caps, specialty residency support, quarterly educational events, an in-house CPT LAB series, guest lecturers, and advanced orthopedic training. Clinicians pursuing specialty interests, including sports and running, golf/TPI, pelvic health, pediatrics, neurology, concussions, vestibular therapy, wellness, and recovery, receive strong organizational support.
The physical clinics are intentionally designed to be premium environments that feel modern and wellness-focused, featuring large open spaces, turf performance areas, recovery amenities, advanced technologies like shockwave therapy, and integrated wellness and performance elements.
Employees benefit from a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes competitive salaries, bonuses, student loan reimbursement, unlimited CEU reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, PTO, sick time, flexible schedules, relocation assistance, leadership development training, advancement opportunities, referral bonuses, and life and disability insurance options. This position represents an excellent opportunity for Physical Therapists who are growth-minded, collaborative, coachable, passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences, and eager to develop long-term careers in a supportive and progressive company.
If you desire to work in a setting built on mentorship, leadership development, career growth, and meaningful patient care within a vibrant team environment, Concierge Physical Therapy offers the perfect platform. We invite dedicated physical therapists ready to elevate their careers and deliver premium outpatient therapy care to join our expanding team.
