Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year culinary or restaurant cooking experience
- must live in Phoenix, AZ 85040 before starting
- ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for 8+ hours
- able to lift and push 50+ lbs
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- willingness to work on-site
- availability to work standard 8-hour shifts
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or cooking certification preferred
- minimum 2 years’ experience in high-volume or institutional kitchen preferred
- strong knife skills
- knowledge of diverse cooking techniques
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- strong organizational skills
- solid understanding of food safety and HACCP regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare complete dishes from scratch across a variety of cuisines
- assemble and plate meals with precision and consistency
- follow customer specifications, recipes, and safety standards
- maintain high-quality output in a production-driven environment
- ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP regulations
- operate kitchen equipment safely
- collaborate with team members to meet production goals
