Job Requirements
- Reside in Toledo, OH or surrounding cities
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and travel within assigned area
- access to a dependable cell phone and internet service
- ability to complete background and health screenings as required
- availability from June through November with possible extension
- committed to maintaining company standards and attendance
- must pass interviews and training sessions
Job Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- proven leadership experience managing teams
- strong communication skills
- excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- tech-savvy with the ability to learn new programs quickly
- valid driver’s license with access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- professional appearance and demeanor
- comfortable working within school environments and engaging with students
Job Duties
- Oversee and inspire a team of photographers capturing school photography events
- manage photo day logistics ensuring adequate photographer scheduling
- coordinate equipment storage, organization, and pickups
- partner with HR for interviewing and hiring photographers
- conduct training sessions and provide on-the-job guidance
- manage school assignments and ensure clear communication between photographers and clients
- attend and occasionally lead photo day events providing hands-on support
