The company is currently hiring a Seasonal Photo Team Manager for a hybrid position combining remote work and onsite responsibilities at various school locations. They identify local venues for photographer training, collaborate closely with Training Specialists, and provide continual on-the-job guidance to new hires. Operational duties span managing centralized equipment storage locations, overseeing weekly pickups of photography gear, and ensuring proper shipment coordination at the end of the season.

Employee management is a significant part of the role, including hiring photographers in partnership with Human Resources, managing assignments and schedules, holding virtual team meetings, approving expenses, and coordinating travel accommodations. The manager must also have hands-on experience participating as a photographer or event lead during peak photo days, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth event execution.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with technology, physical stamina to carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work varied hours and travel within the assigned hub are essential.
