Job Requirements

Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric patients
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime
High school diploma or equivalent
At least six months of phlebotomy experience
Keyboard and data entry experience

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
Minimum of six months experience in phlebotomy
Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric
Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred
Keyboard and data entry skills

Job Duties

Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing
Explain procedures to patients and create a trustful atmosphere
Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties following established protocols
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervisor direction
Maintain a safe and professional work environment
Promote a positive image of the organization to patients and colleagues
