Job Requirements

Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment
ability to work independently with minimal supervision
excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric
flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 6 months experience in phlebotomy
reliable transportation
punctuality and full shift commitment
reside within 20 to 25-minute commute
no excessive absenteeism or tardiness
willingness to work rotating Saturdays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
phlebotomy certification preferred
minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience required
one or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred
customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred
keyboard and data entry experience required

Job Duties

Collect blood samples from patients
prepare patients for phlebotomy procedures
label and handle specimens correctly
maintain accurate records and documentation
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
provide excellent customer service and patient care
manage data entry and keyboarding tasks
