Job Requirements

Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric patients
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Minimum of six months experience required
Reliable transportation
Punctuality and full shift attendance
Within 20-25 minute commute radius

Job Duties

Collect blood samples from patients using proper phlebotomy techniques
pediatric and geriatric patient phlebotomy handling
Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of specimens
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of phlebotomy equipment
Work independently with minimal supervision
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
