Labcorp is currently seeking a Phlebotomist to join their team at 2101 NE 139th St., Vancouver, WA 98686. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays. The role focuses on providing skilled specimen collection by performing blood draws using venipuncture and capillary techniques applicable for all age groups. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting various types of specimens, including those for drug screens, paternity testing, and alcohol tests, while maintaining accurate patient data entry and specimen processing in the system. Additional responsibilities include handling billing and payment collection when necessary, preparing specimens for testing and analysis, and keeping precise logs for both specimens and patients.

The position requires excellent customer service skills as the phlebotomist is often the first point of contact and the face of the company interacting directly with patients. Administrative and clerical duties will also be part of the role, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the testing site. Labcorp offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $17.75 to $27.69, depending on skills, experience, certification, and market data.
