Each year, Booster partners with over 6,000 schools and impacts the lives of more than 3 million students across all 50 states. The company embodies a culture guided by six key virtues: Gratitude, Wisdom, Care, Courage, Grit, and Celebration. These virtues influence every aspect of Booster's operations, fostering a supportive, dynamic, and inspiring workplace.
Booster specializes in delivering engaging, innovative, and active fundraising experiences tailored primarily for elementary and middle schools throughout the United States. Their fundraising initiatives range from high-energy fun runs to comprehensive all-in-one fundraising platforms and custom gear. Over the years, Booster has helped schools raise over 1 billion dollars to support education. This remarkable achievement underscores Booster's commitment to educational success and community enrichment.
As a workplace, Booster is known for being fun, fast-paced, and purpose-filled. Employees enjoy an environment where every day provides opportunities to contribute to meaningful work that directly benefits students and school communities nationwide. The company's strong emphasis on culture and values makes it a place where team members can thrive both personally and professionally.
The Event Support Team Member role is an integral part of Booster’s operational success, especially on event days. These team members provide essential support to Program Leaders and Program Specialists by assisting with the setup and teardown of event equipment. Their efforts ensure that events run smoothly and that students, staff, and attendees enjoy a fun and organized experience.
This position is ideal for energetic individuals who appreciate hands-on work and enjoy supporting a team to achieve common goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a lively, student-focused environment and takes pride in contributing positively to community events. The role requires effective communication skills, a reliable and teachable attitude, and the physical ability to be active throughout an entire event day. The compensation for this position is competitive, offering between $200 and $250 per diem.
Join Booster and be part of a company where your work helps create memorable experiences for school communities and supports vital educational fundraising. Beyond the immediate role, Booster offers a stimulating work culture with team events, award ceremonies, celebration trips, and opportunities for career development and advancement. If you're motivated to inspire and energize students and families while supporting important school fundraising efforts, Booster's Event Support Team Member role offers a rewarding and impactful opportunity.
