Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work full event days
- strong interpersonal skills
- physically able to perform hands-on tasks
- must be able to pass a background check
- availability during events
- willingness to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- assist with setting up event equipment
- assist with tearing down event equipment
- ensure event areas are organized and safe
- support Program Leaders and Program Specialists on event days
- engage with students, parents, and faculty with enthusiasm
- maintain high energy and positive attitude throughout the event
- follow all instructions accurately
