This forward-thinking organization values passion, action, and focus, emphasizing these strengths as the cornerstone of its culture. By joining the CareTria team, you become part of a collaborative environment that fosters growth, innovation, and meaningful contributions to improving healthcare outcomes.

The Pharmacy Solutions Architect role at CareTria is a pivotal, strategic, and technical leadership position responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of omnichannel unified customer engagement platforms. The successful candidate will lead enterprise-grade voice and digital engagement initiatives ensuring scalability, resiliency, and compliance within a highly regulated environment.

As the strategic architect, this role demands a profound understanding of contact center technology ecosystems, including IVR, ACD platforms, cloud migration, and platform consolidation. The architect will define and maintain the technology roadmap aligning with organizational goals, lead governance frameworks, and design intelligent omnichannel workflows that leverage API-driven integrations for personalized patient engagement. Responsibilities also extend to automating reporting, routing logic, and ensuring seamless integration between telephony, CRM (Salesforce), Workforce Management, and analytics engines. The role includes hands-on management of ticket triage processes, vendor and stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive cost efficiency and robust system performance.

CareTria offers a competitive salary range between $95,000 and $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs, and opportunities for performance bonuses. Join CareTria to contribute to innovative pharmacy solutions that impact lives and shape the future of healthcare customer engagement.
