Job Requirements
- licensed pharmacist in the state of Utah
- bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field
- minimum of 5 years inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
- knowledge of USP 797/800 sterile compounding standards
- experience managing pharmacy teams and operations
- proficiency with EHR systems and pharmacy automation
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- lead and oversee 24/7 inpatient pharmacy operations
- champion sterile compounding excellence under USP 797/800 standards
- drive medication safety and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
- optimize staffing models and scheduling
- manage inventory, procurement, and diversion prevention
- enhance automation and distribution workflows
- support enterprise EHR optimization and clinical collaboration
