Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens
- Ability to operate cash registers
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be able to resolve customer issues effectively

Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services

- Processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
- Recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion products
- Operates pharmacy systems to obtain prescription status and reports errors
- Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves
- Checks in and prices merchandise
- Implements asset protection procedures
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products
- Constructs and maintains promotional displays
- Assists with store maintenance and complies with company policies
- Attends training and completes personal development learning modules
