Job Qualifications
- fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

Job Duties
- model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
- resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure positive customer experience
- develop strong relationships with most valuable customers
- process customer purchases, voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
- recommend items for sale and trade-up or companion items
- assist with OTC products and take customers to aisles when possible
- operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status and report prescription errors to pharmacist
- keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised
- take inventory and maintain records
- check in and price merchandise
- implement asset protection procedures
- ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- construct and maintain displays including promotional and seasonal merchandise
- complete resets and revisions as directed
- assist with store maintenance to ensure clean and orderly appearance
- comply with all company policies and procedures
- attend training and complete assigned personal development programs
