This specific opportunity is for entry-level Field Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives who will be part of a nationwide team dedicated to serving Pfizer, one of the world’s most renowned pharmaceutical companies. This field-based, contracted role focuses on increasing awareness regarding COVID-19 risks among high-risk patient populations by engaging healthcare providers, urgent care centers, and retail pharmacies. Reporting to the Area Business Manager, the position provides an excellent avenue for those interested in launching or advancing their careers in pharmaceutical sales and healthcare. The Field Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will provide P1 support to physicians concerning COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options while educating targeted healthcare providers to enhance patient identification and preparedness.

This role requires building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers through regular engagements and collaborating closely with colleagues to align strategies and maximize sales impact within assigned geographic territories. Sales representatives will also engage in detailed customer and market landscape analysis, tailor sales approaches specific to each target office, and guide retail pharmacy interactions to promote clinical awareness and product usage. The job requires a thorough understanding of product knowledge, disease states, and market dynamics, along with the ability to use approved promotional materials effectively.

Candidates will participate in various training sessions, maintain detailed records, complete compliance requirements, and balance sales responsibilities with study and certification for continuous professional development. The base salary range for this position is $52,000 to $96,000 per year, with final offers dependent on experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
