Joining Inizio Engage as a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative means becoming part of a team that supports Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals by promoting an expanding product portfolio in primary care. This role is ideal for someone with a performance-driven mindset and strategic problem-solving capabilities, capable of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. The company values candidates who have demonstrated sales success or related experience, regardless of industry background, so pharmaceutical experience is not a mandatory requirement. The position focuses on driving demand through clinical selling and education, developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical assistants. Employees are expected to deliver persuasive sales messaging, product, and patient information, while achieving or exceeding set sales and activity targets within assigned territories.
The role emphasizes compliance with all company policies, including ethics and training protocols set forth by both Inizio Engage and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. Effective time management, coordination of routing plans, call activities, and persistence toward achieving sales goals are critical to success. This position requires mobility, including the use of a dependable insured automobile, and involves travel up to 20% of the time, which may include overnight stays. The base pay range for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 annually, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and business needs.

Job Duties

- complete administrative items daily
