The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork, and customer service proficiency, embodying the hotel's reputation for gracious and attentive service. Additional physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

The Pfister Hotel offers numerous benefits to its employees, including early wage access, paid time off, discounted on-site self-parking, and access to employee assistance programs. Full-time associates are also eligible for health and benefit packages. Career growth opportunities are encouraged within Marcus Hotels & Resorts, including the ability to transfer between properties while maintaining service longevity. Employees also enjoy complimentary, well-balanced meals during each shift, room discounts at affiliated hotels, and discounts at Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ restaurants, cafes, lounges, golf courses, ski resorts, spas, and Marcus Theaters.

This opportunity at The Pfister Hotel is ideal for individuals who value working in a historic and prestigious environment while contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience.
