The Pet Parent Concierge role at Dogtopia of Meridian North is a pivotal position responsible for being the first point of contact for pet parents. This role is ideal for individuals who have a genuine love for dogs and enjoy engaging with pet owners in a customer service setting. The position is offered on a part-time or full-time basis, providing flexible scheduling options. Competitive base pay is complemented by performance bonuses and a comprehensive onboarding incentive program that awards $250 after 90 days and an additional $500 after six months of employment. This role combines front desk responsibilities with the unique opportunity to interact directly with dogs and their owners, making it a fun and fulfilling job for dog lovers.

As a Pet Parent Concierge, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer service by answering phones and emails, greeting pet parents, and providing detailed information about Dogtopia’s services and membership benefits. You will facilitate scheduling and appointments, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and escort dogs safely to and from their owners. The role also involves giving tours of the facility and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. Dogtopia values team players with positive attitudes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. While prior experience in sales and scheduling is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as Dogtopia offers training to help you succeed.
