As a Pest Control Technician Trainee, you will engage in a comprehensive, paid five-week training program designed to equip you with essential skills in pest detection, elimination, and prevention. This training serves as a strong foundation for advancing within service, sales, or management roles within the company.

The role involves working directly with commercial clients including those in hospitality and foodservice industries, establishing strong customer relationships, and providing science-backed recommendations tailored to their specific pest control needs.
