You will play an active role in generating new clients and directing them to the appropriate Fitness Professionals based on their unique needs. Supporting Life Time Training initiatives such as 60 Day and special events will be part of your duties to increase engagement and retention. You will handle scheduling, administrative coordination, and ensure all fitness-related services run smoothly.

Compensation for this role is commission-based, tied to performance goals with the potential for performance pay bonuses. The position guarantees a weekly minimum pay of one-and-one-half times the minimum wage per hour, making it a lucrative opportunity for career-driven fitness professionals passionate about leadership and client success.
