Flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate the varied schedules of members and the operational needs of the club. US Fitness supports its trainers by providing comprehensive training programs, adherence to club procedures, and a team-oriented work culture, helping trainers sharpen their skills and grow professionally.

Joining US Fitness as a Personal Trainer means becoming part of an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusiveness and offers numerous benefits such as complimentary club membership, discounts, referral bonuses, and full-time benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
