The company’s rich history of enabling clients to protect what matters most with comprehensive insurance plans has made HUB a trusted advisor in the industry. At HUB, the focus is on delivering peace of mind through a client-centered approach that combines deep industry expertise with entrepreneurial leadership, allowing for customized solutions that adapt to clients’ evolving needs. HUB’s culture promotes growth, teamwork, and continuous development, making it a sought-after workplace for professionals seeking long-term career success in the insurance domain.
The Personal Lines Concierge role at HUB is a critical frontline position, serving as the initial point of contact for clients with personal insurance inquiries. The Concierge acts as a vital link between clients and the resources they need, including Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, and carrier service centers. This position requires managing a high volume of inbound communications across various channels, assessing and directing client requests efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and strong interpersonal communication. Working under the guidance of account management teams, the Personal Lines Concierge supports coverage during busy periods or absences, processes change requests, and maintains accurate data within agency management systems such as EPIC. The role offers the opportunity to develop insurance knowledge, especially through obtaining the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License within 90 days of employment, which is a condition of continued employment. This position is ideally suited for motivated individuals looking to build a career in insurance within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Compensation for this role ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, dependent on geographic location, skills, experience, and specific job responsibilities. HUB International offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plans, paid time off, and potential bonuses and commissions, reflective of the company’s commitment to employee well-being and professional advancement. Joining HUB International as a Personal Lines Concierge means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values equal opportunity and supports employees with reasonable accommodations as needed to perform their jobs effectively. The role requires no travel and demands a professional demeanor capable of handling difficult or emotional client situations with tact and efficiency. Overall, this position offers a unique blend of client interaction, administrative skills, and industry knowledge development within a respected insurance brokerage firm.
