Cummins Worldwide works closely with hiring clients to ensure that each placement is a perfect fit both for the candidate and the employer, offering ongoing support throughout the hiring process and beyond.

This job opportunity is for a Personal Concierge position based in Clearwater, FL. This is a full-time, on-site role that demands a mature, highly organized, and proactive individual willing to take complete ownership of day-to-day personal and executive support tasks. Unlike a traditional personal assistant role, this position requires a concierge mindset — someone who anticipates needs, solves problems independently, and ensures that daily life and logistics for a high-level producer run smoothly with the utmost discretion and professionalism. The position involves a strong level of trust and responsibility, perfect for someone with a background in executive support, private service, hospitality, household coordination, or lifestyle management.

As a Personal Concierge, the successful candidate will manage schedules, appointments, and calendars with precision. They will coordinate personal and family logistics, handle confidential communications, assist in travel preparation and itinerary management, draft and organize communications and documents, and take care of errands and personal support tasks. This individual will be the trusted right hand for all executive-level coordination and lifestyle management, ensuring that all moving parts are well taken care of and that the employer is enabled to operate at peak performance.

The ideal candidate will be naturally proactive, highly resourceful, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and professionally polished. They will be adept at thinking independently while exhibiting sound judgment in confidential and sensitive matters, maintaining a high standard of integrity at all times. Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook Calendar, scheduling systems, and task management tools is essential, as is comfort with travel logistics and vendor relations. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

This role offers competitive compensation tailored to experience, weekly pay, and an opportunity to thrive in a high-trust professional environment. It is designed as a long-term career opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys excellence, responsibility, and the satisfaction of helping a busy professional maintain optimal productivity and work-life balance. This position is an excellent fit for candidates looking to apply their executive support and lifestyle management skills in a meaningful and impactful way while joining a supportive and professional team environment.
