Life and disability insurance are provided at no cost to the employee, emphasizing the employer’s dedication to comprehensive benefits. The company also supports a culture of growth and advancement, offering opportunities for raises after one year based on performance evaluations. This ensures that hard work and dedication are rewarded, aligning employee growth with company success.
Ideal candidates are expected to have a minimum of four years of cooking experience, possess a ServSafe Manager certification, and be certified in state-specific allergen protocols.
