The compensation package is highly competitive, offering hourly pay between $23 and $24, in addition to bonuses and referral incentives. Medical and dental benefits become available after 90 days of employment, with the employer covering 65 percent of the premiums. After one year, employees are eligible to participate in a 401k retirement plan featuring a 4 percent employer match. Additionally, life and disability insurance are provided at no cost to employees. Travel may be required during training, and all travel expenses will be reimbursed.
