The Para Educator role at Zen Educate is specially tailored to support licensed teachers in delivering effective instruction and care to students with a spectrum of special educational needs. Those hired will be responsible for providing daily substitute coverage in special education classrooms, offering academic assistance, personal care, and behavioral support to students. The role is fundamental in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment where students can thrive academically and socially.
