With a strong commitment to supporting its Care-Partners, Ally Home Care fosters an accessible and friendly workplace atmosphere where employees feel valued and motivated to grow their careers within the health and social support sectors.
The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role at Ally Home Care is a vital position focused on aiding clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and more, within the comfort and familiarity of their home environments. This role is fundamental for helping clients regain confidence, maintain comfort, and sustain their independence. By providing attentive personal care and emotional support, PCAs contribute significantly to enhancing the quality of life for their clients while simultaneously offering peace of mind to their families. The position offers flexible scheduling options including full-time and part-time shifts across various days and times, accommodating diverse lifestyle needs. The hourly compensation starts at $14, subject to adjustments based on visit accuracy and compliance with electronic visit verification systems mandated by the state. Beyond competitive pay, the role includes bonus programs for client and caregiver referrals, profit sharing, and substantial benefits such as dental and health insurance.
Care-Partners are equipped with innovative digital tools to record and track visits effectively, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while fostering transparency and accountability. Ally Home Care’s approach encourages autonomy for its Care-Partners, who enjoy meaningful opportunities for career advancement within the company. Furthermore, the agency prides itself on creating a positive, supportive work environment centered on empathy and generosity. This culture helps foster enduring relationships between Care-Partners, clients, and their families, creating a rewarding and fulfilling professional experience for all involved. The company also offers 24/7 clinical support to assist Care-Partners in delivering high-quality care safely and confidently.
