Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous banking experience preferred
- Minimum 6 months client service experience preferred
- Minimum 6 months sales experience preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered
- Ability to obtain a state notary license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required, associate degree or higher preferred
- Previous banking experience preferred
- Minimum 6 months in a client service experience role preferred
- Minimum 6 months sales experience preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately

- Proficient in basic office skills and Microsoft Office suite
Job Duties
- Provide fast, easy, and personal service consistent with company client service standards
- Promote consumer and small business banking products and services using direct sales techniques
- Achieve specific sales goals on daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities
- Open checking and savings accounts, process client transactions, and recommend other bank products
- Demonstrate digital expertise by using and educating clients on digital banking platforms
- Work closely with clients and business partners to refer products and services
- Educate clients on banking services and resolve client concerns efficiently
- Conduct operational tasks ethically and comply with regulatory requirements
- Protect client information and follow company policies
- Implement banking center operations procedures when delegated
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory compliance and bank policies
- Complete monthly training on regulatory requirements
- Work assigned business hours and perform other specified duties as assigned
